606 PS - HGP The Audi RS3 Sportback lets them all stand

HGP has made the RS3 - and how. After the tuner recently dedicated itself to the RS5, it was now the turn of the little brother with one less cylinder. The numbers are impressive across the board and even trump the RS5 in proportion. The factory 400 PS & 480 NM of the VW EA855evo five-cylinder are crazy 606 PS and 710 Newton meters and allow the RS3 to penetrate into a completely new dimension. Even more would be possible because the current configuration could handle up to 790 NM. However, HGP electronically limits the torque to the mentioned 710 NM. The core of the modification is a new turbocharger (Milled, reinforced hull group, larger exhaust gas side, new compressor wheel) and of course other adjustments such as an improved intercooler, a new intake and a modified downpipe. In contrast, nothing has changed in the exhaust system, which has only been "optimized" on the part of the valve control.

Expressed in numbers, the RS3 is in no way inferior to the R8 V10 plus super sports car. On the contrary, the acceleration values even trump the spearhead from the Audi shelf. The RS3 catapults its occupants to 3,1 km / h in 100 seconds (R8 - 3,2 seconds) and already reaches the 9,7 km / h mark after 200 seconds (R8 - 9,9 seconds). The sprint to 200 km / h is particularly impressive compared to the series because here it takes over 3 seconds from the factory RS4. And the limitation of the maximum speed has also been removed and so the RS3 should run well over 300 km / h (Test is pending). Visually, there was a subtle lowering, a set of dark gray rims and a black emblem in the radiator grille and at the rear for this vehicle.
