Lamborghini today unveiled an exclusive edition of the Urus Performante that pays homage to the Essenza SCV 12 is. It is specially designed for customers of the hypercar for the racetrack, which is limited to just 40 units. Under the direction of Ad Personam Department the special model was created that enables every Essenza SCV12 owner to design the Urus Performante according to their personal ideas. The design is unique and draws its inspiration from motorsport to ensure maximum sportiness in everyday use. The exclusivity of the Urus special model is underlined by the extensive use of visible carbon elements with a glossy or matt finish. They reflect the customer's customization of the body, including the bonnet, roof, rocker covers, door mirrors and the carbon fiber frame that encloses the Lamborghini logo between the rear lights.
Urus Performante Essenza SCV12
The racing abilities of the Lamborghini Urus Performante Essenza SCV12 are highlighted with a special ad personam paint finish tailored to customers' specific requests. Each copy was of course painted in Lamborghini's in-house paint shop. In addition to the two-tone design, which is created by combining the carbon elements, the underbody is black and has a colored contrasting stripe, which is also found on the roof and thus emphasizes the silhouette of the vehicle.
The finish and coloring were determined exclusively in cooperation with the customer and based on the respective Essenza SCV12. This also includes the characteristic numbers that are attached to the doors. Each vehicle comes standard with 23-inch gloss black wheels and black brake calipers, with customers being able to choose the wheel type and color from all available options.
"The Lamborghini Urus SCV12 Edition has the most customized and detailed paintwork we have ever developed for the Urus' says Mitja Borkert, Head of Design at Lamborghini. "It is closely linked to each of the 40 owners of the Essenza SCV12 and designed specifically for them. The paintwork of the Urus SCV12 is black in the lower area to give the Urus sportier proportions. The exterior color corresponds directly with the exclusive exterior color of the Essenza SCV12, and a colored pinstripe visually connects the front, side and rear. The result is an exclusive, unique and colorful special edition of the Urus. "
Alcantara interior in Nero Cosmus
The interior features an exclusive Nero Cosmus Alcantara finish with leather details, carbon fiber finishers in either a gloss or matte finish, black anodized aluminum parts and a dark package with the exception of the contrasting red door handles. Carbon fiber detailing extends to a decorative element on the passenger side of the dashboard and door sills adorned with the Essenza SCV12 logo and silhouette. Two carbon fiber badges were also placed for an even more individual design. One of them features the 60th anniversary logo, while the other bears either the vehicle number or the customer's name. However, there were no changes to the technology for the edition!
