In complete contrast to most Honda models from that time, which had a naturally aspirated engine, this Civic Type R not only thrives on the extreme high-speed concept, but also has real power in the lower speed range. But we will go into more detail later in the text. The modifications of this exceptional specimen are particularly extensive. Adam Flowers from Great Britain is the tuner who created a dragstrip weapon from an already not weak Civic Type R that doesn't have to hide. Now we would like to introduce you to the Power Japanese!

The Honda, painted in Championship White color, received a few exterior modifications as well. For example, a Mugen-stylefront lip at the vehicle. There are also other tuning parts such as a custom front bumper with a large grill that is supposed to improve the air supply to the engine. A huge Mugen stylerear wing, a Honda GPdiffuser, various flaps and a carbon hood with active air intakes are also part of the tuning. To guarantee sportier handling, the Civic also got Tein Street Flexthread springs all around.
There are also minor changes to the chassis, such as a front one Domstrebe by J's Racing. The choice of the right rims fell on Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 aluminum wheels with a glossy black finish and a diameter of 17 inches. In addition, the Honda got unusual mixed tires due to the front-wheel drive. 235/40 tires are fitted at the front, while 225/45 tires do their job on the rear axle. By the way, we also know it from the Audi RS3 in a similar way! The rubbers are Yokohama Advan AD08R tires.
The interior is very sporty!

2-litre turbo petrol engine pushes the Honda forward!
From its four-cylinder turbo engine, the Japanese brings breathtaking 765 BHP and gigantic 700 Newton meter maximum torque. This is done by massively increasing the boost pressure to 1,6 bar. In addition, all the components of the unit are new or heavily modified in order to be able to withstand the forces of the bear. The vehicle is one of the strongest front wheel drive at all and is switched via a six-speed manual transmission, which has also been revised. However, we have no information on the exact driving performance, but the Honda should show the taillights to many a super athlete on the drag strip.
Our conclusion:
- We have to give kudos to tuner Adam Flowers. 765 PS out of a two-litre turbocharged petrol engine, and then at once front-wheel drive letting go is a feat.
