Just recently we have about the soon to be released Honda Civic Type R reported. Now Honda is announcing a few new pictures as well as further technical details about the "R". The 2.0 i-VTEC turbo engine is supposed to beat the Type R to an impressive 270km / h, and would even allow the sealed off BMW "M", Mercedes "AMG" or Audi "RS" models to be overtaken. If you consider that the car will definitely not get an all-wheel drive, but will come onto the market with front-wheel drive, then the Type R is probably one of the fastest in series production.
