for sale: 1991 Honda NSX with VeilSide body kit!

We have to show you this Honda NXS of the first generation. It is a vehicle where you can assume that you own a small investment if you buy the red speedster. And that is exactly what is possible now, because the first one is currently for sale. And relatively cheap, in our opinion. This is possibly due to the extensive optical modifications from the Japanese tuner VeilSide. These don't look bad, but a standard vehicle is usually much more stable in value. And that probably also explains why the pictured NSX with the rather unusual bodykit should cost "only" around €60.000. The vehicle is offered by the Stockholm car dealership Custom Car Sthlm AB and the basis was a pre-facelift NSX from 1991. The body kit from VeilSide consists of a new one bumper front and back, there was one front flap with air vents and also those fender front are new.

Black ones are integrated in the fenders headlights with carbon housings that completely replace the series pop-up headlights. And also the rear VeilSide fender are new and wider than the original. It continues with fats side skirts including additional air intakes and special ones rotate in the wheel arches Alloy wheels turbine style. These are installed in the format 19 inches at the front and 20 inches at the rear and in combination with a BC Racing coilover suspension. And then there's the rear. Again, the factory lights are gone and instead there are four round ones Copies installed, which apparently come from a Ferrari 360 Modena. There was also a "floating" rear wing and the one already mentioned rear bumper, which has large air openings. Completing the rear view are custom mid-mount duals tailpipes.

Incidentally, according to the sales advertisement, the car was only completely repainted in 2021. And inside? There is a large amount there Carbon and there are various Alcantara parts (Dashboard, headliner, door panels etc.). You can also see leather-covered Bucket seats, a digital one instrument cluster from a Honda S2000 and a Momo sports steering wheel with quick release. And then there's the drive. The well-known one is installed 3,0 liter V6 VTEC mid-engine naturally aspirated, with about 300 PS Perfomance. It is performance-enhanced with components that are not known to us and delivers about 25 PS more as the series. It will be interesting to see whether the tuning classic will be sold for the desired price. If we get more information about the changes, there is of course an update for this report.
