Can it be a little longer? This 6,19 meters long and armored G-Class comes from the specialists at Inkas-Tuning and is based on a Mercedes-AMG G63 of the W463A model generation (W464 / Bj 2020)! In a sense, he is the successor of the Incas G63 of generation W463 with B6 armor. And the full-size stretch version costs at least 1.200.000 euros. On the other hand, people who are particularly security-loving get their money's worth without having to forego comfort. The specialists from Inkas from Canada not only armored and lengthened the G63 extensively, but also equipped it with Alcantara and other fine leather. And the conversion brings an extra compartment between the front and rear doors, which is why the total length has increased from 4,88 to 6,19 meters. However, the G63 cannot transport more people, because the length gained is only used for an extensive entertainment system and more comfort.
large Apple TV monitor
The focus is on a huge Apple TV monitor with 4K Ultra HD resolution and Siri voice input. In addition to the TV, other functions can also be controlled by voice command and, of course, the TV set is connected to a pleasant sounding audio system. The passengers in the rear sit on two comfortable armchairs and a small bar and a cool box are elegantly hidden in the console. The comfort seats of course have a massage function and countless adjustment options as well as seat ventilation and seat heating. And a look into the headliner reveals a sparkling ambient light that mimics daylight and does not tire the rear passengers so quickly. In addition, a control LCD is installed directly in front of the seats, which controls all electronic media, lighting, comfort and safety functions.
Bullet resistance class CEN 1063 BR7
The most important feature is definitely the extensive armor of the G63. According to the Incas, it meets bulletproof class CEN 1063 BR7. In other words: two BM51 hand grenades or 7,62-millimeter projectiles fired from long weapons can damage the occupants no Cause harm. In addition, the windows are made of bulletproof multilayer glass and there are also protected run-flat tires or, optionally, even heavy-duty wheels. And particularly sensitive points such as the door hinges, the vehicle battery or the electronic control modules are also protected. If the vehicle is attacked, the integrated infrared and thermal cameras provide a good overview of what is happening outside.
the 4,0-liter V8 is standard
Due to the significantly increased curb weight (+ 800kg), the chassis has of course been reinforced and whoever takes a closer look at the option list will find an emergency light, fire suppression, a siren, rotating beacons and an improved braking system. Interestingly, Incas does not change anything about the drive. The current 4,0-liter V8 with biturbo charging (M177 DE 40 AL) and 585 hp and a maximum of 850 Newton meters of torque is still standard, which also applies to the AMG Speedshift Plus 9G-Tronic.
