Done deal! The Peugeot 3008 gets a brother in the form of the Opel Grandland X. He is the official third member of the X family and had his first appearance at the recently ended IAA. He is good 20 cm longer than the Crossland X and Mokka X, due to the unmistakable details such as the tight overhangs, skins all around and the indicated underrun protection but immediately recognized as an X member.
The dimensions of 4,48 meter length, 1,84 meter width and 1,64 meter height are similar to those of the Peugeot 3008, the powertrain and the electronics concept but comes from Rüsselsheim. And now there is a first virtual preview of the traditional tuner Irmscher as they imagine the Grandland X. At the front there is the typical radiator grille by Irmscher in honeycomb design with stainless steel or carbon trim, side treads made of polished stainless steel or in black and at the rear a useful sill protection which is also made of stainless steel.
In addition, there is an 20 inch wheel in the "Heli Star" look with diamond-turned Bi-Color upper, especially for the Grandland X.

Incidentally, thanks to a subtle lowering by means of sport springs of approx. 30 mm, the new wheelset sits perfectly in the wheel arch. And the interior is discreetly modified and there are, for example, stainless steel door sills including Irmscher lettering, leather in an individual look and feel for the seats, a leather-covered multifunction steering wheel, a leather center armrest and high quality floor mats.
And also on an increase in performance is already working and so should the Grandland X, depending on the engine, allow about 25 PS more power.
