One would think that the bear strong Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk as one of the fastest SUVs on the market is more than adequately motorized. The mighty Hellcat engine under the hood mobilizes at least 710 PS and 868 Newtonmeter torque and, in combination with a 6,2-liter displacement and a supercharger, helps the off-roader to achieve driving performance at the level of a super sports car. In spite of 2.432 kg empty weight runs the heavy SUV in About 3,6 seconds to 100 km/h. But as always, there are people for whom that is far from enough. And one of them is Mike Ferrand from the Sinister Performance Club. He has pimped his Grand Cherokee Trackhawk to around 1.300 hp and an incredible 2.033 Newton meters of torque, making it the fastest Trackhawk in Canada on the one hand and the second fastest in the world on the other.

And also the axles received an upgrade to accommodate the massive increase in performance. Nevertheless, components in and around the engine are still in series condition. And how the Monster Cherokee is progressing, that shows you the video That Racing Channel. First of all, the one-of-a-kind clocked a quarter of a mile 9,55 seconds at 143 mph (approx. 230 km/h). The world record of 9,48 seconds is not far away. Photo credit: screenshots video
