If Chevrolet is no alternative to Ford F-150 Raptor then a tuner has to fix it. And in this case, it's the Houston, Texas-based PaxPower team. They recently presented the 2019 "Jackal" Chevrolet Silverado Pickup as multistage Tuning variant of the F-150 Raptor has firmly in sight. Overall, PaxPower 3 has tuning variants at the start and end Stage 1 The Silverado already has a new bonnet with massive power domes, attached fender flares (2 inches) all around and black 17 inch alloy wheels with 35-inch Toyo R / T off-road tires. Technically, there are upper wishbones from BajaKits, a suspension kit for 2,5 inches and new shock absorbers from King. Stage 2 is then completely designed to make the Raptor really competitive.

Stage 2 is already extremely widened

It builds on the technical side of the variant 1 and donated the Silverado to completely new fenders front and rear which provide for an extension of the body by 3,5 inches per side. The appearance of the Silverado is at the latest then extremely powerful. With Stage 2 you adapt the suspension again and installed, for example, adjustable shock absorbers and a to 6 inch widened track. And then there is that Stage 3Kit! It basically contains the changes of the variant 2, but in addition there are new aprons by Addictive Desert Designs in the front and rear which are supposed to guarantee survival away from paved pistes with an 40 inch LED lightbar and a massive underrun protection. In addition, the tires grow by 2 inches to now 37 inches, and the lift is with 3 inch again a number more violent compared to the variant 2. The rear axle receives progressive leaf springs.

448 PS and 644 NM torque

Incidentally, the powerful 6,2-liter V8 is always on board the Jackal, but with the help of chip tuning, cold-air intake and a massive sports exhaust system, 448 PS and 644 NM torque are mobilized on request. Enough steam to accelerate the monster to 5,7 km / h in just about 100 seconds. The performance increase is incidentally completely independent of the other modifications available. So you can, for example, the Silverado complete series and only equipped with the upgrade under the hood. If we get more information on the changes to the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado in a timely manner, there is of course an update for this report.
