The Jaguar traditional tuner ARDEN has taken on the Jaguar F-Type SVR and is bringing the completely modified Arden AJ 23 SVR to the Geneva Motor Show next weekend. The vehicle will line up seamlessly between tuned Ferraris up to exclusive Rolls-Royce and it is very likely that the AJ 23 will be one of the most powerful exhibition vehicles. The company helps the potent Jaguar F-Type SVR with a 5.0 supercharged engine to achieve a brilliant performance jump from 575 PS & 423 KW to 703 PS & 517 KW. At the same time, the torque increases to 873 Newton meters and thus ensures that the ARDEN SVR moves up into a different league. The leap in performance is made possible by extensive modifications to the engine and, in concrete terms, that means there are 8 specially made forged pistons, a new compressor, a modified intake system made of carbon and in-house chip tuning by the Arden engine specialists. In combination with a high-performance exhaust system with metal catalytic converters, the V8 achieves 128 hp more.
And optically, a lot has changed because stylish aerodynamic modifications put the body in the limelight. If you want, you can order all body applications in ultra-light carbon, which is particularly recommended in combination with light paintwork. Arden installed subtle front apron applications, matching side skirts, a modified rear apron and even individual door handles on the F-Type. A highlight is the front grille with an illuminated logo. And they also have a new set of wheels up their sleeves and there are distinctive, one-piece "Sportline GT" forged wheels with a central locking look in 21 "that are installed in the 9 × 21" format on the front axle and high-performance tires from Continental in the dimension 265 / 30 ZR21 wear. The rear axle, however, comes in 12 × 21 inches with tires in the dimensions 325/25 ZR21. So that the wheel set sits perfectly in the wheel arch, Arden has installed 4 progressively wound suspension springs and thus lowers the center of gravity of the F-Type by approx. 30 millimeters.
And the revised interior is also sporty as usual. There are new door sills, a center console with aluminum-coated design fabric, a sports steering wheel finished with leather and Alcantara, and new aluminum pedals. There is also an optional quilted set of floor mats or even a full leather interior with carbon applications and a color of your choice. And for fans of ultimate exclusivity, the company has even planned a strictly limited special series of the AJ 23 SVR F-Type. Almost twenty years after the presentation of the "Arden A-Type", an adequate successor is coming this autumn. Features of the limited edition are an impressive wide body, a completely new interior and of course the power boost to over 700 hp. Everything should be based on the predecessor from 1999.
