After manufacturer Jeep has released several models in the past few months, which fortunately are not only intended for the USA, Mopar is now coming around the corner with the first tuning parts. For the new Jeep Compass 4xe and for the Renegade 4xe. They are built in Italy and are intended for sale in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. And Mopar, as the official FCA tuning brand, has now announced the first upgrades for both SUVs. For the Renegade 4xe and Compass 4xe there should be typical performance accessories that consist of a total of over 100 parts. This means that the 4xe models can be heavily modified for both the city and the off-road area. There is, for example, the Mopar 4xe Pack, which was created to underline the plug-in hybrid system and also the striking grille with the 7 slots is equipped with it. There are also special premium floor mats and Mopar was also involved in optimizing the charging options of the hybrid drive. The Renegade 4xe and Compass 4xe are seamlessly integrated between a smartphone and the 8,4-inch touchscreen of the Uconnect system, so that battery charging can be managed while on the go.

This is possible using a standard household plug and the supplied cable or at a public charging station with the special "Mode 3" cable. Mopar also markets the easyWallbox system (also in Europe) and thus offers another charging solution that greatly optimizes charging time and is a safe, additional alternative for at home. The plug-and-play solution, which can be managed via Bluetooth, enables up to 2,3 kW of charging power for charging at home in less than 5 hours. Mopar accompanies Jeep into a future of connectivity, electrification and environmentally friendly technologies with a wide range of services and special accessories. The tuning parts will be available from Jeep dealers and in the Mopar e-Store from autumn.
