Barracuda Racing Wheels on the JMS Renault Mégane RS

Since the current model generation, the three-door variant of the Renault Mégane and, consequently, the top model is the RS Passé. On the other hand, the hottest version of the French compact car wore a coupé-like, dynamic body dress with only two side portals. This attractive, 273 hp top athlete is also ideal as a basis for tuning conversions. This is also demonstrated, for example, by this Mégane RS project vehicle, now completed by JMS vehicle parts.

Project 3.0 alloy wheels

The specialists from Walddorfhäslach installed a set of Project 3.0 alloy wheels from the Ultralight Series from Barracuda Racing Wheels in the wheel arches: They are 8,5 × 19 inches and have 225 / 35ZR19 tires. To ensure that this combination is also optimally covered on the front axle despite the rather generous dimensions, JMS provided a custom-made fender widening. The almost obligatory lowering is due to a KW variant 3 coilover kit.

Visually, the wheels with a black milled finish were given a refinement by the Sticker-Werk team, because they wrapped the otherwise shiny silver, milled contour areas of the spokes in bright red. They fit perfectly with the red Barracuda Racing Bolts, the JMS for fastening used on the axes. The full foiling of the Mégane RS body was also realized by Sticker-Werk, which has a striking pattern and a color change depending on the incidence of light.
