John Cooper Works GP, or simply JCW, was founded in the year 2000 in Farnborough, Hampshire, UK by Michael Cooper, the son of John Cooper. Since 2008 JCW belongs to BMW. The company is an auto-tuning company, which focuses on BMW-Mini. The first JCW Tuning Kit has granted the Mini Cooper 11 PS in addition. Despite the low added value, the factory warranty of the Mini Cooper has been preserved. Over the years, the kits finally improved and 2013 launched the GP2, a limited edition 218 PS made with 1,6l from 4 cylinders. In the US, and also in this country, sold this model for $ 39.950 very well. For 2020 is a new model of a John Cooper Works GP with over 300 PS performance and an extremely fierce optics planned.
