Especially when it comes to renderings, you can let your imagination run wild, and you can create the craziest cars on the PC, which will probably never exist in reality. It happens quite differently (again) rendering professional Khyzyl Saleem, because his monster GTI, which went viral on the Internet, is becoming a reality. Thanks to tuning pope Jean Pierre Kraemer and his JP Performance GmbHwho decided to work with Prior Design to create a mobile model of the rendering.
JP Performance - cult tuning company
Due to the fact that JP Performance, probably the most famous tuning company in Germany, has taken on this project, the extreme widebody GTI should be very well received by the young Internet audience, and will certainly become part of several YouTube videos that millions of users on the reach the whole world. With his vlog, which is updated regularly, and presents the latest tuning projects on social networks, Jean Pierre Kraemer has become the mouthpiece of the tuning scene and has become an integral part of the media landscape. If this man evaluates a car positively, then it has a very high status in the scene and is even rewarded by the automakers themselves.
Golf 2 GTI with extreme tuning attracts everyone's attention
Not only the extreme body kit, but also the shovel-like front spoiler, the brilliant LED headlights and the cat staircase on the rear window, which frankly puts the crown on the whole tuning and produces an extreme hardcore tuning effect, testify to the blossoming fantasy of the Rendering creator. There has probably never been a Golf GTI like this, and there will certainly not be a second time, because this VW is the absolute opposite of subtle. Because in addition to all the modifications, there is also a large frit counter at the rear, which is so large that it would certainly generate a good amount of downforce in a drivable model. And clear glass taillights in the Lexus style of the early millennium years were also attached, which unfortunately leave a bit of ATU tuning and are now rather laughed at in the scene. But maybe there is another solution here! Nevertheless, it is a masterpiece when JP Performance, together with Prior Design, implements this rendering by Khyzyl Saleem, and optically tunes a ready-to-drive VW Golf 2 GTI so that it comes as close as possible to the design template.
It will probably be a mid-engine concept!
In terms of drive technology, it will very likely be a mid-engine positioned behind the front seats, which, as is known from JP Performance, should certainly not be stingy with performance. The most likely variants are a VR6 petrol engine with turbocharging, a five-cylinder turbo from the current Audi RS models or the current 2-liter turbo petrol engine with the factory code EA888. In any case, the engine should not save on power and it is conceivable that the VW Golf 2 GTI will become a drag race monster that can demonstrate its power and dynamics in quarter-mile races.
And finally ... Even if it is a once relatively humble VW, hopefully JP Performance and Prior Design will soon show an absolute tuning masterpiece and create an absolute show car, which is almost too good to move in traffic. At least if it looks like its builder Khyzyl Saleem has thought it up. If we receive timely information about the finished vehicle, there is of course an update for this report.
