Video: Lamborghini Aventador SVJ vs Aventador SV

In the following video, the super rare Lamborghini Aventador SVJ (SuperVeloce Jota) meets the no less exclusive Aventador LP 750-4 SuperVeloce. The SVJ has the most powerful version of the V12 engine under the hood, if you look at the street-legal Squadra Corse Hypercar SCV12 refrains. But how different is the SVJ's performance compared to the SV? So far we have not found a video in which an Aventador SVJ has to compete against an SV in a race. But the new 888MF video shows exactly that in a drag race.

The SVJ with 6,5-liter L539-V12 has its 770 PS and 720 NM competing against the 750 PS and 690 NM of the SV. But the advantages of the SVJ are not only in the additional performance. The SVJ has additional aero components (second generation of Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva (ALA) as an active aerodynamic system), which should be particularly beneficial on the racetrack. The empty weight of both vehicles is approximately 1525 kg dry. Why 888MF gives the SVJ in the video with 1769 kg, we can not understand. Watch the video!

His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
