6 × 6 drives are trendy! Regardless of whether Jeep Wrangler, Mercedes X class, and of course the top dogs in the form of Ford Velociraptor and of course the BRABUS B63S - 700 6X6. Apparently every tuner who deals with off-road vehicles and is self-respecting tries to create his own 6 × 6 monster. And as we know, you do not do it in front of a Lada Niva stop. And now that three years have passed, we would like to present you another Lada Niva 6 × 6 conversion in a video. The film comes from the tuner Garage 54 and there are also some pictures.
Lada Niva 6 × 6
The basis was a 4 × 4 Niva with a long wheelbase and five doors that received a four-wheel rear axle that consists of two individual axles, each with a longitudinally mounted leaf spring on the left and right. Various supports and struts also ensure that it functions correctly. The bullet is not quite finished yet, but the first on- and off-road tests are already showing that the additional axle works.
