ECD 1985 Land Rover Defender 90 "Project Freedom"

From the team of ECD Automotive Design (East Coast Defender) from Kissimmee in Florida comes this converted Defender. The vehicle was created under the project name "Project Freedom" and is based on a Defender 90 from 1985. The Classics got next to a full Catering donated a 6,2-liter LT4 with supercharging, which comes from General Motors. The mighty V8 delivers a whopping 650 hp, which is transmitted to all four wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission. Incidentally, the built-in wheel set is satin black 18-inch alloy wheels Kahn design, which are equipped with all-terrain BF Goodrich off-road tires for plenty of grip off the beaten track. The brake system is also a system from Brembo at the front and rear and of course ECD has also installed a new chassis.

As for the Project Freedom body, the team has a successful one Wide body kit installed with exposed rivets and there was also a four-point roll cage. A custom canopy protects against wind and weather, but what really stands out is at the front. Because there the tuner installed a powerful one Bullbar in combination with a metal apron velvet Underrun protection. Also attached are massive towing as well as a warningwinch, with which the Defender can get out of a sticky situation. But that's not all. At the rear you can see two exhaust tailpipes, which lead to a specially made one Sports exhaust system belong. There is also a full spare tire hanging from the rear door and there are also two flag holders with US flags. And last but not least, the interior of the vehicle has also been redesigned.

With heated and ventilated Corbeausports seats, with a high-quality Prototipo steering wheel from Momo and you can also see a new dashboard covered in leather. Also noble round instruments as well as a premium infotainment system Apple CarPlay- Compatibility are included. In the back there are four foldable, inward-facing seats.
