Recently we have about that Modellista Bodykit for the new Lexus UX (MY 2019) reported that the tuner wanted to introduce the past Tokyo Auto Show 2019. That's exactly what the boys did in accordance with regulations, but they had a surprise in their luggage. And a rather spacey widebody kit that is also installed on a UX. But the real highlight is not even the body kit but rather the completely closed radiator grille. This acts namely as a full-fledged screen and showed at the Tuningmesse countless graphics, on request lettering and much more. Theoretically, you could even look at it on TV or show company advertising. Crazy!

The vehicle was created in cooperation with the in-house Toyota Tuner - TRD and is absolutely spectacular. The display grille was of course the absolute highlight on the vehicle, but the rest of the body is also extreme. The completely new front apron comes with a large front spoiler with an illuminated Modellista logo, and it is wider than the series on the right and left. There is, of course, a reason. The UX comes with huge fender flares that are in one Rocket Bunny optics extend to the doors. The widenings receive additional cameras and it looks quite similar at the rear.

also the tail is changed quite violently

Here, too, there are huge attachments for the side walls including large air openings and the rear apron is given a bulky look including a 4-pipe sports exhaust system. And the roof wing as well as the approx. 20-inch forged wheel set and the lowering of the UX are also new. Apart from the screen as a radiator grille, we can certainly imagine the body kit on the new SUV from Lexus. The chances of it making it into the series, however, are extremely slim. If we receive information on further changes to the concept car in a timely manner, there is of course an update for this report.
