One may not believe it, but next to it BMW M4, Mercedes C63 AMG or Audi RS5 There are actually other vehicles like the Lexus RC F, which is a heavily motorized mid-range specimen from Japan looking for prey. The prerequisites for this are certainly given because a 5l V8 with 477 PS & 530 NM torque in the RC F since 2015 ensures that it goes from 4,5 to 0 km / h in 100 seconds and only drives at an electronically sealed 270 km / h an end is set. Even if it is not quite enough to overtake the established German top models, the € 74.900 Lexus is definitely a chic and potent alternative. Only when it comes to increasing performance cannot be achieved as much with simple chip tuning as with the competition because the V8 gasoline engine has no supercharging and, as a purely naturally aspirated engine, is much more difficult to persuade to use more power. But you can leave out the optics just as much as with the others. In my opinion, the futuristic design ensures that an elaborate body kit does not really have to be installed ex works, but rather subtle aerodynamic parts and a set of new alloy wheels are easily sufficient. The rim label Rohanna Wheels looks similar and equipped this black copy with a set of Rohana RFX5 rims in brushed bronze which, with their 20 inch format and lowering of the body, fit perfectly into the wheel arch.
In addition, the owner built a subtle carbon body kit that consists of a front spoiler, side skirts, a rear diffuser, a spoiler lip on the trunk lid and a bonnet that is completely made of carbon fiber. In the first moment you have to look twice to be able to recognize the new aerodynamic parts and that's exactly how it has to be if you plan to subtly tune a vehicle. At the rear of the RC F, a sports exhaust system, unfortunately not known to us, was installed, which is particularly noticeable with its blue-burned tailpipes and certainly ensures a breathtaking sound from the large-displacement V2. In terms of color, a skilful accent was set by painting the brake calipers of the sports brake system in light blue and ensuring that a colorful touch moves in on the RC F. I think the combination of body kit, rims and brake calipers is absolutely successful and it is also a good proof that subtle tuning is still the best choice for such a car. If we get more information about further modifications or the exact specifications of the rims, there will of course, as always, be an update for this report.
