There is currently more and more cooperation between automobile manufacturers and clothing companies. Fashion and lifestyle are increasingly becoming the focus of automotive groups and their customers. Lexus recently presented a special edition of the RX 500h, which in cooperation with Adidas, on the occasion of the market launch of the new Adidas sneaker "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever", was brought out. We would like to introduce this vehicle to you.
Sneaker look on the RX 500h
The exterior is adorned with a similar pattern, which can also be found on the Black Panther sneaker. There are also special logos on the SUV, which are designed in a separately developed "Wakandan" alphabet. The word "Vibe-Branium" was also applied to the vehicle in characters. The wheels are adorned with a special logo, which is in the style of the other emblems. Incidentally, the Lexus was designed by students at the Adidas School of Experimental Education in Design (SEED).
An unusual accessory has been designed!
In addition to the vehicle, Lexus and Adidas created a special shirt, which will be available in a limited edition, featuring the African slogan "Educate a woman, educate a nation" applied in the traditional Japanese tategaki format as a front print. The back of the shirt, on the other hand, is decorated with a periodic table in Wakandan.
A petrol hybrid engine powers the Lexus RX 500h!
The vehicle is powered by a hybrid drive that combines a petrol engine with an electric motor and generates a system output of 370 hp. Thanks to the performance, the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h takes 6 seconds. The engine is coupled to a CVT transmission and the power is permanently transmitted to all four wheels.
