Hard to believe but in Ohio it is now possible for under 50.000 € a brand new Ford Mustang GT (5.0-V8, model 300A, 10 automatic transmission) with +1.000 hp. Specifically, it is the "Project M" from the Ford dealer "Lebanon Ford (LFP - Lebanon Ford Performance)“At the dumping price of just $ 54.995. OK - there are taxes, transportation and a few minor costs on top of that. Nevertheless, the price for a vehicle with +1.000 hp is extremely low. In this country there is just a VW Passat 2.0 TDI with a sophisticated Business Line equipment, alternatively an Audi Q5 40 TDI or a BMW X2 M35i. Incidentally, all three vehicles together do not even approach the performance of the Mustang. Unfortunately, the Lebanon Mustang is only available in the USA and looks almost unchanged.
Performance like a Bugatti Veyron
The main changes are a Whipple or D1X Stage2 Procharger compressor, plus a PAL BEACHChiptuning, an improved one sports brake system from Brembo with 6 piston calipers in front and black 19 inch forged wheels and an improved cooling and a Domstrebe are attending. If you want, you can install a modified gearbox and drive with E85 fuel or alternatively with 93 octane gasoline. Other components such as the in-house LFP Drag Pac (Carbon drive shaft, Race Star forged alloy with Mickey Thompson slicks, etc.) are also available. But then the price increases by at least 5.000 dollars! Still a bargain as we find. If we receive timely information on further changes to the low-budget + 1.000 PS variant of the 2020 Mustang GT, there is of course an update for this report.
