Liberty Walk Corvette C8 with "Silhouette Works widebody kit"

The Japanese tuner Liberty Walk Performance builds hisLB ★ Silhouette WORKS"Program continues to expand. And this time as announced last summer, with an extensive Aerodynamics program for the current one Chevrolet Corvette C8. There was a first converted vehicle on display at the last Tokyo Auto Salon, which took place from January 14, 2022 to January 16, 2022 in the International Convention Complex. In contrast to the "normal" conversions, the so-called LB★Silhouette WORKS components differ in their particularly complex design. Not only are fender flares screwed onto the existing fenders, they become complete new body components developed and installed.

In the case of the C8, those are Seitenwände also completely new at the rear, but also with the typical attachments with the exposed screw connections. At the Silhouette Works Aventador, the 458 Italia or the GT-R was that different. Completely new rear parts had also been installed here, but especially on the striking exposed screw connections waived. However, the rest of the components are typical LB★Silhouette WORKS.

In front there was a completely new one apron in the typical C8 design, but on the significantly widened front fender is adjusted. The air intakes on the right and left as well as the central opening have also grown a lot. The changed front apron also appears without brand emblem and with one front spoiler. The side walls have significantly enlarged air intakes compared to the production vehicle and thus rake in more air in the direction of the rear brake system and the V8 engine. And the extensions on the right and left in the rear area also mean that a new rear apron is necessary.

An extremely rugged one can be seen from behind rear apron with mighty diffuser. There is one integrated in this vehicle Fi Exhaust sport exhaust system with classic positioning and blue burned tailpipes. In any case, our visual highlight is the massive fixed one rear wing, which doesn't really lack the idiosyncratic standard spoiler. The component standing high in the wind fits perfectly with the brute look of the Silhouette Works C8 and impressively rounds off the body kit. And the glossy black one also looks great on the exhibit at the auto show LD97 Forged wheel set with the ultra-thin Sports tires. And of course he only sits because of a brutal one Lowering so consistently in the wheel arch. Of course you achieved that with one Airride air suspension.
