For a long time, the Japanese team from Liberty Walk Performance The decision has been made to create a body kit for the Ford Mustang GT. While for rare vehicles like the Maserati Gran Turismo, The 488 GTB or even that McLaren 650S The production of such components in series has so far been out of the question for the current generation of the Mustang GT. Much better you have the field tuners like TruFiber, fiberglass Mafia or Alpha One left. But that's the end of it because the Japanese want a piece of the cake. The components were developed in the old manner, which means that they do not even try to be integrated into the body with exposed screw connections, but are still placed in a clearly visible position.
⚠Update 22.09.2017/XNUMX/XNUMX - Now he is finished ⚠
The components can be easily recognized in the pictures by their white surface. We see a mighty front spoiler that adapts to the shape of the standard bumper and also has a splitter on the right and left. And they also seem to want to deliver a new bonnet and this comes with the well-known Powerdome but from now on also large gills on the right and left. The highlight are of course the attached fender flares at the front and rear, which ensure that much fatter aluminum rims can be installed. With this vehicle it seems that a set of Rotiform QLB Alu's in matt black is installed, but we are not quite sure about the rim type.
And at the rear there are changes for the American coupe, here you put on a large spoiler lip for the trunk lid which is also provided with small approaches to the side walls. Also suitable approaches for the side skirts have been developed and these are mounted below the standard components to allow the line from the front to the rear. The project is rounded off by a sporty diffuser which emphasizes the extreme appearance and adapts optically seamlessly to the shape of the other components. The extreme lowering is of course a matter of course is self-evident and so got the presentation vehicle missed a new suspension. The way in which the lowering was achieved is not known to us at the current time.
However, we assume that it is a coilover suspension or even an Airride air suspension that allows comfortable by pressing a button, the desired vehicle height. There is much more to say because of the little information available to us at the moment so that we leave it in the pictures. Should we have new details about the body kit and its exact costs (Currently, you roughly estimate 10.000 dollars for the carbon kit) Of course there is, as always, an update for this report.
