Lister Stealth: +600 PS SUV based on the Jaguar F-Pace SVR!

It is actually a paradox that more and more tuners are looking at large and heavy SUV models in order to create pseudo sports cars from them. As is well known, they are big, heavy and not exactly sporty in terms of driving dynamics, as well as having a high center of gravity and swaying bodies that shy away from curves like the devil does holy water. At least that was the case at the beginning of the SUV era. And in the past the motto was that a sports car had to be small, light and flat in order to stand up to physics as well as possible and to be as agile and fast as possible. Yes, vehicles like that SQ7, Cayenne, Durango SRT or the X5M have long since proven the opposite. And now even the British sports car manufacturer Lister is jumping on the SUV train to announce its comeback in an effective way. So it can be said that the SUV trend is also continuing in the high-performance sector, although in our opinion it makes little sense to put an SUV with over 600 hp on its wheels, as it embodies pure abundance. It's still awesome! 

Lister explores new paths!

The English small series manufacturer Lister is mainly named for its sports car Storm known. But now the British have made the Jaguar F-Pace SVR to refine and modify the already extremely powerful SUV. The current Jaguar model range is not exactly popular in the tuning sector, but that could well change as Lister is now making the start and prescribed a radical increase in performance for the large Jaguar SUV, which should ensure that the new Lister Stealth is the fastest SUV the island is and the competition of Bentley and Aston Martin keeps its distance when it comes to performance. Even when it comes to exclusivity, the new Stealth is way ahead, as only 100 of the super SUVs are built.

The upgraded Jaguar F-Pace, which now operates as Lister Stealth, receives various carbon parts as well as modified aprons, wider wheel arches and a large diffuser, which should suggest sportiness, but in our opinion is a bit nonsensical for an SUV, as it has the advantage of the higher ones Ground clearance destroyed. The 5-liter V8 petrol engine with supercharged, which produces 550 hp as standard, was made with the help of new software, a new Intercooler and a new air filter inflated to a fabulous 676 hp and also generates 720 Newton meters of maximum torque. Equipped in this way, the thick ship sprints from 3,6 to 0 km / h in an unbelievable 100 seconds and the propulsion only ends at 314 kilometers per hour. This means that super sports cars can also be hunted on a straight stretch and the SUV is ideal for a fast ride on the motorway.

The price is well into the six-figure range!
