Of the Range Rover SVR you can think of the bigger picture and for a purchase price of at least 132.200 euros. In addition to the sheer power of the 4.999 ccm displacement V8 installed lengthways, the SVR also impresses with amenities such as eight-stage automatic converter, a wading depth of 850 mm and 278 mm of ground clearance, but especially with a lot of comfort that is suitable for long journeys.
Visually, it is probably the most restrained variant ex works compared to the above-mentioned power SUVs. But that changes suddenly when you give him the LUMMA CLR RS 2018 widebody kit. This is exactly what made it to a Range Rover SVR for the first time in the world and was presented on an Estoril blue painted specimen during the days. After we got the body kit earlier this year could marvel at a virtual facelift vehicle Now comes the first real vehicle. There is a new front apron with integrated Cupspoilermittelteil and newly arranged double daytime running lights and also plenty of carbon applications all around.
In addition there is a sport-look bonnet with air vents, some of which are made of carbon fiber and with “Lumma CLR RS” logo. There is also a new sports front grille with a mesh insert and without a brand emblem. The side section is underlined by huge flared fenders with air openings all around and matching side skirts. At the rear, a new apron dominates with a modified rear center section that completely encloses the optional four exhaust pipes. Unfortunately, we do not currently know whether the angular tailpipes are a complete sports exhaust system made of stainless steel or only the end pieces. And another highlight of the conversion is of course the huge 23 inch wheelset.
The shiny black painted LUMMA CLR 23 GT rim comes with Continental slippers in the format 305 / 30-23 through which you can easily see the red painted brake calipers of the sports brake system. Many small accents such as the carbon gills in the fenders, the discreet lowering or the CLR RS logo, which is also attached to the rear, complete the project impressively and successfully on the basis of the top model of the Range Rover Sport.
