The young brand of the Geely Group, called Lynk & Co., is increasingly making its ambitions to reach a young and cool audience. With new and sporty models, it is targeting customers in China for whom a Mercedes, Audi or BMW are too expensive, but at the same time brands such as Honda, Ford or VW are too common. This recipe for success seems to be working completely, because Lynk & Co. is becoming more and more common in the tuning scene. Paired with solid Volvo technology, the cool designed models are all the rage when it comes to driving a youthful, modern car. So you can definitely say that Geely showed a good hand when they decided to bring the Lynk & Co brand to life in order to create a youthful premium brand, which also bridges the price gap between Geely and the premium brand belonging to the group Volvo should close.

Noble eye-catcher with crazy details!

The 03 presented by us has a very classy foil, and in our opinion the emerald green looks great on this vehicle. These were fitting OEM rims by the in-house motorsport department CYAN Racing, which harmonize perfectly with the dark green foil with their dark finish and the Y-design with five double spokes. The rear spoiler, on which a somewhat superfluous sticker was attached, as well as the diffuser and the sports exhaust system come from the OEM shelf from Lynk & Co. We find the rear fog light in Formula 1 style, which is placed in the middle of the diffuser, particularly cool. A special gag that makes us wonder what the owner is telling us is the changed model lettering, which is not 03, but 30+. The owner may want an MG, as this brand has models with the designation in its range. The green LED lights on the headlights are also particularly striking, a detail that we have never seen before, but which goes very well with the rest of the refinement of this vehicle. The green headlights or the green one LED daytime running lights are banned in Germany, which is why it is not advisable to do the tuning. In addition, sunflower-yellow brake calipers of a racing brake system from TEI live behind the dark rims, which safely bring the Lynk & Co. to a stop with a 380 mm disc diameter. Another very small but fine detail is the CYAN lettering on the car's radiator grille. In our opinion, the car would certainly be on a iAcro meeting or look very good at a brand-open meeting in Europe.

Unfortunately, we don't know which engine works under the hood of the Lynk & Co., but the engine range includes several turbo gasoline engines with an output range of 156 - 254 hp. Especially with the most powerful engine, the 03 is a veritable sports sedan that runs at an incredible 250 km / h and doesn't have to hide from any European competitor.

Lynk & Co. 03 only available as gray import in Europe.
