Hard to believe, but next to the breathtaking AMG GT Black Series there is also that AMG GT R Pro. And the people from SportsCar now put through its paces on the racetrack in a heavily modified version. With Christian Gebhardt at the wheel, the German sports car was unleashed at the Hockenheim GP to drive a fast lap. But as already mentioned it was not a "more ordinary“GT R Pro but one made by TIKT performance has been extensively modified. For example, it was equipped with one Carbon body kit with new Bonnet, front splitter, canards and an even more powerful one Rear wing. And also various additional ones vents for improved steering and brake cooling were installed. The wheelset is 10 × 19 inch rims there were wide ones on the front and rear axles 12 × 20 inch rollers. According to Fastest Laps, he even managed to beat the McLaren 720S (1: 45,50), the Ferrari 488 Pista (1: 45,90) and the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ (1: 47,30). But as impressive as the key data may sound, it was slower than the AMG GT Black Serieswhich also made a time of 1: 43.30 minutes possible with Christian Gebhardt at the wheel. The undisputed king of the unofficial lap times at the Hockenheim GP is still that McLaren Senna with 1: 40,79 minutes.
