The refinement of supercars and luxury sedans is more than just a business for MANSORY. The love of detail, the special and especially the unique are always an incentive for extraordinary developments. The latest creation of the company proves this once again impressively. The MANSORY interpretation of the current Bentley Continental GT as an exclusive one-off does not just make the hearts of die-hard Bentley fans beat faster. The MANSORY brand is uniquely associated with carbon, the favorite material in the 1 formula and space travel. Because unlike other refiners MANSORY manufactures the carbon components themselves in their own autoclaves and does not rely on suppliers.
GENÈVE EDITION One of One
This requires a lot of know-how in-house, which the engineers and designers have perfected in years of work. In addition to the bonnet made of collage-carbon, targeted interventions on the front, side and rear provide additional aerodynamics. But the two-color paint job alternating with plenty of visible carbon highlights the variety of MANSORY measures: front apron, hood, side skirts and the diffuser rear apron add up to an impressive and elegant overall appearance. And the performance also benefits from the aerodynamics program due to improved downforce values.
even the engine compartment is individually designed
This plus in agility and handling creates space for more performance. At this point, the finishing specialist brings its know-how in the athleticization of high-performance units into play. Because the development department has given the W12 gasoline engine a high-performance exhaust system consisting of a muffler and tailpipes, thereby noticeably strengthening acceleration and elasticity. Technically and optically, the wheel-tire combination was perfectly matched to the performance plus and the refined body. The BY5 forged wheels in the dimensions 10 × 22 inches on the front axle and 12 × 22 inches on the rear guarantee maximum load capacity and stability with minimal unsprung weight.
Tires in widths 275 and 315 mm
For maximum grip, the wheels are encased in ultra-high-performance tires in the widths of 275 and 315 millimeters. Of course, the saddlery of MANSORY has also redesigned the interior. Lavishly, seats, fittings and applications were wrapped in leather and carbon. This concerns the sports steering wheel and the selector lever for the eight-speed dual-clutch transmission as well as the seats and the center console. Again this year, company owner Kourosh Mansory proves once again that he is one of the leading innovators who inspire customers and trade press at the Geneva Motor Show.
