Tuning enthusiasts are familiar with the daring body kits and modifications from the German tuner Mansory. Celebrities and the wealthy rely on the tuning workshop when it comes to refining their vehicles. Mansory has not only specialized in one brand, but also offers styling kits and other tuning components for premium cars of all brands in order to make exclusive vehicles truly unique. Now the Bavarian company has again one Mercedes-AMG GLS 63, and we would like to present it.
Mansory Mercedes-AMG GLS 63
Even without additional tuning, an AMG GLS 63 is impressive. But for wealthy customers who find a standard AMG too ordinary, Mansory offers a restyling kit for the new GLS 63. The kit includes a carbon fiber hood, front spoiler, bull catcher, two different rear diffusers, roof spoiler and more. In addition, there are fender flares all around for a particularly "fat" appearance.
The vehicle is impressive and downright intimidating, especially in black. Customers can choose from nine different rim designs or even have their own rim design created for an additional charge. You can also choose from different materials for the interior. 10 × 24 inch aluminum are installed on the vehicle from the pictures and yellow brake calipers are behind them. Floor mats and trunk carpets can be individually designed to give the GLS as much uniqueness as possible. A full leather interior and LED starry sky are also available.
Performance increase up to 850 hp
The standard four-liter V8 petrol engine with biturbo charging, which already has 612 hp, can be increased with various performance kits up to 850 PS be increased. The top model is the P850 set, which achieves the maximum output of 850 hp and includes new turbochargers, a new air filter and a sports exhaust system with downpipe. For customers with less power hunger there is also a P720 package that increases the standard output to 720 hp. The torque of the 850 hp version is a gigantic 1.100 Newton meters, while the weaker version has to make do with "only" 1.000 Newton meters. Unfortunately we don't have any performance information, but it should be enough to scare many supercars. The vehicle from the pictures has installed the P720 kit with 720 PS & 1.000 NM.
You don't necessarily have to own such a vehicle, but if you have the wherewithal, consider yourself lucky. The SUV may be wild, swanky and decadent, but who knows how long cars like this will be around? In this respect, we give Mansory a thumbs up, because they dare to bring such tuning kits for high-performance petrol SUVs onto the market in times of energy crisis and climate change.
