Ares Design "Project Wami": Maserati A6CGS Spyder replica

Tuner Ares design has a new study at the start. The concept is called Project Wami and should be a replica of the Xaserx Maserati A6CGS Spyder with Pietro Frua bodywork. But somehow this vehicle reminds us more of the Mazda MX-5 conversion to Chevrolet Corvette C2 from the Mitsuoka Motor Co. Ltd.. In contrast to the recently presented Ferrari GTC4Lusso as Ferrari 412 or the 250 GTO replica Based on the sinfully expensive 812 Superfast, the design is, in our opinion, less successful. The front is not really consistent or noble and the Sidepipes are somehow too much of a good thing. The vehicle is to remember the fifties where sidepipes on a roadster were rather uncommon.

But the rest of the body is a little better and especially the rear has succeeded harmoniously. We also find the wire spoke wheels in combination with the whitewall tires pretty cool. Even if the original never owned any. The interior is handsome and simple, but somehow not really special. And it seems to be a switch due to the three pedals, but the shift lever is not visible! "The Nardi wood steering wheel would probably do without airbag and the instrument cluster is based on the A6GCS. As far as we know, the bodywork is made of handmade aluminum, carbon, etc., and the leather in the interior is of course of the highest quality.

Everything is handmade

Of course you have to see the vehicle live to get an opinion. At the moment we do not believe in a similar successful implementation as in the last two Ferraris. If this Project Wami is implemented at all and how the vehicle should be driven is not known at the moment. If we receive information about this, there is of course an update for this report. You will be informed about this if you simply use ours Feed subscribe to. Have fun watching the pictures and stay true to us!
