He is the alternative to Ferrari 488 GTB and Lamborghini Huracán absolutely - the McLaren 720S the new generation of "Super Series" with M840T V8 engine. As the name suggests, 720 PS in combination with 770 NM torque catapult the British super sports car to 2,9 km / h in just 100 seconds and only put an end to propulsion at a crazy 341 km / h. There are also racing seats in size M, a center console that could also be used as a tricky index finger Sudoku and of course the purchase price of a staggering 247.350 euros. This alone should actually be an irrefutable indicator that a vehicle in this price region no longer needs modifications, right? Not even close!
The Team of Carlex design proves to us with this 720S that the British super sports car also offers plenty of room for custom style, especially in the interior. Here the 720S has been completely revised and shows with a unique cabin what can be achieved with a lot of new leather and Alcantara. The interior came from the factory with additional carbon details as well as a Bowers & Wilkins sound system and it was Carlex's job to perfect this. The highlight is the fact that the burgundy paint of the body has now also found its way into the interior, which was not the case before. Carlex covered every millimeter of the interior with leather and Alcantara in Bordeaux red.
Everything is decorated with handmade bright seams and mixes with the already mentioned carbon details as well as some individual ones 720S, McLaren or Carlex design Lettering. On special customer request was still the motive of Hussaria (winged Polish cavalry of the 16.-18. century) underlined in the 720S that the very own philosophy of the owner brings into the interior. The whole project has taken a whopping three weeks of work and has been redesigned the seats, the dashboard, the steering wheel, the door panels, the center console, the floor mats, the complete floor, the headliner, the space behind the seats and discreetly the body outside ,
Here there was an extensive foliation in the design of feathers and wings which are also to remember the Hussaria. As always, a perfect one-off piece from Carlex Design!
