The ultimate counterpart to Ferrari 488 GTB or Lamborghini Huracán is clearly the McLaren 720S. Racing seats in size M, an extremely flat roof window made of bulletproof glass and all this combined with 720 Turbo-PS and a curb weight of only 1283 kilograms. Minimum 2,9 seconds pass for the sprint to 100 km / h and after only 21,4 seconds already the 300 km / h sound barrier is broken. Somehow this all sounds after the ride on the cannonball and aside from the price of 247.350€ is probably everything just as you would expect from a super athlete. Only a little more individuality could bring the 720S. But there are then tuners like Wheelsandmore that's exactly what you can do.
From now on the company has a tuning program for the 720S in stock and we would like to inform you about the details. The tuner has three wheelsets in stock and these are available with civil road tires as well as with racing tires. The beginning is the complete wheel set FORK in the dimensions 9,5 × 20 inches with 255 / 30 / 20 tires front and 11,5 × 20 inches with 315 / 30 / 20 rear. When it comes to tires, Wheelsandmore delivers Pirelli PZero Corsa Asimmetrico 2, And this wheel set is also available as a racing version and then comes in 9,0 × 20 inches with 245 / 30 / 20 tires front and 11,5 × 20 inches with 305 / 30 / 20 tires rear.
Here is the guy Pirelli PZero Trofeo Race built in that feels really comfortable on the tack. Another variant is a 20 & 21 inch option which is then available in the dimensions 9,5 × 20 with 255/30/20 and 12,0 × 21 inches with 325/25/21 tires of the type Pirelli PZero comes. It also goes with three possibilities of 6SPORZ² rim and last but not least the well-known FIWE rim. Below we have listed again the exact combinations and specifications. So that the selected wheel set optimally sits in the wheel house there are optional height-adjustable coil springs from the house of KW Suspensions which lower the Britten a few millimeters.
And of course an increase in performance for the 4l V8-BiTurbo should not be missing and so there is a maximum of 800 PS & 880 NM torque by means of Stage II tuning. Here new software is required for the engine control unit, sports catalytic converters and a flap-controlled stainless steel sports exhaust system. Alternatively, a Stage I system is also available that enables (566kW) 770 HP and 850 Nm by means of software optimization with modified maps. The already mentioned exhaust system is handmade and equipped with remote-controlled exhaust flaps and can optionally be equipped with 100/200 cell sport catalysts (replace the original 600 cells catalysts) or catalyst replacement pipes.
Compared to the series saves you even a few kilograms of weight and in combination with beautiful carbon tailpipes alone the exhaust system should allow proud 20 PS more power.
