Since Mercedes-Benz the Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG 6 × 6 or even the Mercedes-Benz G 500 4 × 4² brought to the market, we know that the German carmaker has a weakness for extremely "meaningless" vehicles. Mercedes-Benz USA posted an even crazier idea via Facebook this afternoon, a Sprinter with a 4,0-liter twin-turbo V8 and 503 PS called the Mercedes-AMG Sprinter63 S. It is unclear whether this is an early April joke, as April first is tomorrow. In any case, the idea is, I think, "awesome"!

The tuning team around Mercedes-Benz AMG has on this Sprinter AMG 63 S made the following changes:

  • 4,0-liter twin-turbo V8
  • AMG Line package all around
  • 4 pipe exhaust system
  • Lowering
  • AMG rims
  • modified bonnet
  • AMG suspension
