As a long-term technical partner of the Mercedes DTM teams, it was a particular concern of the H&R suspension specialists to also dedicate themselves to the Mercedes AMG GT-R. “The racing car for the road,” as Mercedes says of the 585 hp hammer, is equipped with the “AMG Ride Control” option with a height-adjustable coilover suspension. For this, H&R now supplies meticulously designed sport springs which, in addition to the typical H&R characteristics, generate an additional lowering of the vehicle's center of gravity between 15 to 30 millimeters on the front axle and 10 to 25 mm at the rear.

also H&R Trak + wheel spacers available

As a result, there is even more feedback from the chassis and a plus in lateral dynamics on the plus side. Both optically and technically, the customization harmonizes perfectly with AMG's claim to uncompromisingly combine racing performance and everyday practicality. Last but not least, H&R Trak + has wheel spacers ready. Made of high-tensile aluminum, original and accessory wheels can be aligned with millimeter precision on the outer edges of the fender.
All H&R products are 100 percent Made in Germany and always have the required parts certificate.

About Thomas Wachsmuth

Thomas Wachsmuth - He has been an integral part of tuningblog.eu since 2013. His passion for cars is so intense that he invests every available penny in them. While he dreams of a BMW E31 850CSI and a Hennessey 6x6 Ford F-150, he currently drives a rather inconspicuous BMW 540i (G31/LCI). His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
