This time we want to show you that the tuner also knows exactly what he does on the elegant Mercedes-Benz CL of the C216 series. For the 2006 to 2013 built CL has developed an extensive widebody kit that we in any case as an alternative to the well-known aerodynamic kits from MEC or Prior Design see. SR66 Design Designed the components so that they can be installed on the original mounting points and thus the bodywork only permanently change marginally. For example, the front apron, the rear apron, the hood and the front fenders are completely new.

The front bumper comes with typical AMG optics and is naturally adapted to the much widened fenders. In addition, there are sporty canards on the left and right and LED daytime running lights are already integrated. The front fenders are also provided with huge gills and form a seamless transition into matching side skirts. These in turn lead to the powerful extensions for the side walls. Only the rear fender essays must be screwed onto the body. Although the bodywork is permanently changed, but should you decide to restore the holes can be professionally closed and a conversion to series optics is nothing in the way.

In our opinion, the optical highlight is the rear, which has been given a completely new bumper. It has an aggressive diffuser and of course it is also perfectly adapted to the flared fenders. The rear view of the large coupé is rounded off with a discreet spoiler lip for the tailgate. SR66 Design has already equipped several vehicles with the aerodynamic parts and several photo shoots have already taken place.

Each of the vehicles is lowered and equipped with a respective 20 inch large wheelset. Especially the matte blue foliated variant we like very well, because here you can see the new aerodynamic parts particularly well.
