Already tuned - Mercedes Benz CLS (W257) of ML Concept

Last year in November, Mercedes has the official successor of the CLS W218 in the form of W257 (C257) to the world public at the LA Auto Show presents. The main optical features are significantly fewer beads and lines compared to the predecessor and particularly striking is the forward-opening front grille reminiscent of the Mercedes-AMG GT. The official launch of the CLS was only a few days ago and apparently a brand new CLS to the Gelsenkirchen tuner is directly from the sales room ML Concept hazards. The aim of the modification to the four-door coupe was a lowering. Because the CLS is equipped with an aerial landing gear (opt. Dynamic Body Control suspension with adaptive dampers) is relatively simple to implement.

Although we are not aware of any details, we assume that here by means of modified coupling rods the lowering was achieved. Alternatively, electronic intervention in the control module of the air suspension is of course also conceivable. However, this variant often only allows a subtle lowering in the range of 10-20 mm. Either way, the lowering is good for the CLS and even the standard wheelset looks really tasty. If we get more information about the lowering, there is of course an update for this report.
