This bespoke Restomod Mercedes-Benz G-Class from the Expedition Motor Company (EMS) from Frenchtown (New Jersey) we absolutely have to show you. The vehicle is a European model as 250 GD imported in 2019. He became complete restauriert and also mechanically obsolete. The completion of the conversion was then in early 2021. The comprehensive general overhaul from the ground up included the complete disassembly, assembly and revision of the engine, gearbox, transfer case and the installation of new components such as the toothed belt, water pump or clutch. There was also a remodeling of the Bremsanlage, there was a new one Suspension along with others steering and of course an unmissable eye-catching one Lacquer dress. With the body and frame completely stripped down, everything was sandblasted and repaired to bare metal and re-coated after a Sky Blue anti-corrosion primer painted.

And of course there was a new one Interior. And with grey upholstery Marine quality, with heated seats and blue contrast stitching to match the paintwork. The unique piece is driven by one 2,5 liter inline five cylinder diesel engine paired with one Five-speed manual, with robust all wheel drive and with three locking differentials. And for even further improved off-road capability, that is Suspension higher, there were black ones Steel rims with BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires and at the front protects a massive Rammschutz from damage. In the rear area, on the other hand, there is a black one Roll bar, there was a Reserve canister, a full one Spare wheel and even one more for a befitting soundscape Bluetooth sound system in the cockpit.
