Last year Mercedes gave the C6 AMG's biturbo V43 a power injection to 390 hp in order to be able to keep up with the BMW 440i or the Audi S5. And optically there were a few small retouches, the most noticeable probably being the AMG radiator grille with double lamella. There is also the AMG Ride Control suspension with four-link front axle, filigree 19-inch rims and the AMG optics package for an extra charge. The AMG details give the front splitter, the spoiler lip at the rear and the side sill inserts a glossy black. But in our opinion, the wheelset in particular still looks too small. Apparently the team from M&D Exclusive Cardesign has also seen it that way, who have now given a C43 AMG (VorFacelift) a 20 inch Z-Performance ZP2.1 wheelset in Gloss Metal gray.

Specifically comes the new aluminum rim in the format 8,5 x 20 inch at the front and 10,5 x 20 inch rear and is equipped with Pirelli tires in the dimensions 245 / 30 ZR20 and 265 / 30 ZR20. And so that the wheelset sits perfectly in the wheel well, they built a set of coil springs that allow an individual adjustment of the vehicle height. And another highlight on the C43 is definitely the full foil in the color Matt Black Magnetic. The film stretches over the entire body and is highlighted by glossy black painted details such as the grille, the spoiler lip on the tailgate or the trim in the style of the facelift. And even the performance of 276 DE 30 AL-V6 one has accepted. The former 367 PS & 520 NM are transformed into a stately 440 PS & 650 NM by means of chip tuning and thus you are almost at the level of the C63 AMG (476 PS & 650 NM).

And so that the significant increase in performance is also audible, a modified exhaust system should not be missing. M&D installed specially made rear silencers on the C43 AMG, which lead invisibly into the original black powder-coated tailpipes of the C63 AMG. And if you look closely you can see that the rear diffuser in the apron comes from the big brother. All in all a very successful vehicle that only reveals the numerous changes at second glance.
