Recently, Mercedes once again lost out to arch-rival BMW in the worldwide registration statistics. The Munich-based car company clearly outperformed the Swabians in the past financial year when it comes to new registrations and took the crown in the premium segment. However, due to the electrification of the automobile and the appearance of various e-car startups, the cards will be reshuffled in the next few years. One has to wait and we don't want to look into the crystal ball to know which premium manufacturers are really ahead at the end of the decade. It may even be that completely different brands dominate the segment that are not on the list today. But before that happens, we would like to offer you a Mercedes E-Class MoPf (facelift) in the long version imagine, which is based in China, and with some modifications has been refined.

VIP tuning in Swabian!

An extended E-Class is ideal for a so-called VIP Tuning, because it has rear-wheel or all-wheel drive, a typical sedan shape and an attractive design. That's what the tuning crew thought, too, who refined this specimen to their liking and created a vehicle from the former representative limousine that can also score points with a younger audience. The standard rims also had to go, and the wheels were made by the Chinese company Insiton's Forged raised, which come up with a honeycomb design and a Central locking own. With their shiny silver finish, they go perfectly with the sporty sedan with the star. Further modifications mainly concern the rear, on which next to the rear spoiler also a dominant one Central diffuser and a Four pipe exhaust system with black tailpipes in AMG style.

We don't know anything about the engine!

There is a choice of three different engines for the Chinese long version of the E-Class. The E200L starts with a modest 184 hp, and the top model is the E320L with at least 272 hp, which manages to sprint from 5,7 to 0 km / h in 100 seconds. The E300L has to prove itself as the golden mean with 245 hp, which reaches country road speed in a respectable 6,9 seconds. In all engine variants, power is transmitted via a nine-speed automatic transmission, and there is a choice of both rear-wheel drive and 4MATIC all-wheel drive.
