BRABUS has been the epitome of fascinating high-performance variants of practically all Mercedes-Benz automobiles for more than four decades. This tradition also continues with the introduction of the electric drive in the series from the Swabian manufacturer. As a look into the near future, BRABUS presents a first exclusive refinement concept for the Mercedes EQC 400 4MATIC - naturally including a performance upgrade! The concept for the BRABUS PowerXtra ELECTRIC performance enhancement was designed by the development engineers, electronics engineers and software specialists of the Bottrop-based company in such a way that it becomes active when the driver selects the drive program "S" on the standard DYNAMIC SELECT switch.
422 PS & 830 NM torque
Then the maximum torque increases from the start, from the standard 760 Nm to 830 Nm. In parallel, the peak power increases from 300 kW / 408 PS to 310 kW / 422 PS. This results in significantly increased driving dynamics, which is reflected in a reduction in acceleration from standing to 100 km / h to just 4,9 seconds. The top speed remains limited to 180 km / h. If the "E" speed level is activated in the Mercedes EQC, the BRABUS PowerXtra ELECTRIC upgrade enables the "one-pedal driving style" that is often desired by drivers of electric vehicles. The SUV already decelerates very strongly when the driver releases the accelerator. This means that it is much less necessary to apply the brakes in normal traffic and the recuperation is further enhanced.
BRABUS Monoblock Z wheels in 20 or 21 inches
While the BRABUS PowerXtra ELECTRIC is currently being tested further, the BRABUS Monoblock Z wheels in 20 or 21 inch diameters have already been TÜV-tested for the EQC 400 4MATIC. The attached photos show the eCrossover with both available variants of the sporty, elegant ten-spoke design for this model. The 20-inch variant consists of eight-and-a-half-inch light alloy rims on the front axle, which are driven with Pirelli P Zero tires of dimensions 255/45 R 20, and nine-and-a-half-inch wide wheels, which are fitted with 285/40 R 20 tires. The BRABUS Monoblock Z "PLATINUM EDITION" wheels with a diameter of 21 inches are even more exclusive. Through the use of a high-tech forging process, these rims offer a perfect combination of lightweight and maximum strength. 9Jx21 wheels with ContiSportContact tires in the 255/40 R 21 format are used on the front axle. There is space for 10.5Jx21 forged wheels with 285/35 R 21 tires in the rear of the wheel arches.

With both tailor-made BRABUS wheel / tire combinations, the look of the EQC 400 is already significantly more attractive. An aerodynamic program for the five-door that makes the individual look even more distinctive is already being worked on by the BRABUS designers. The BRABUS rear spoiler, which is produced in original quality from PUR, is already available for delivery. Another BRABUS specialty is exclusive interior options. Of course, there are countless ways to tailor this electric car to the personal taste of its owner. The spectrum ranges from BRABUS pedals and door locking pins made of aluminum to door sills with illuminated BRABUS logo in changing colors to the complete redesign of the cockpit.

In the in-house upholstery workshop, fine BRABUS fine leather interiors can also be produced for the Mercedes EQC 400 4MATIC, which not only impress with a practically limitless variety of colors and upholstery designs.
