Your hobby or job is hunting? Then has Gruma automobiles from Chub probably just the thing for you. The "Gruma Hunter" based on the Mercedes-Benz X-Class (W470) is a vehicle whose modifications are specifically intended for hunters. The first prototype was completed in January and, as far as we know, the first deliveries were made in February. Immediately you can see the lift (4cm) and the special off-road tires. The robust off-road slippers come on a matt black wheel set and so equipped, deep mud, mud or snow should no longer be a problem. If the hunter gets stuck, the built-in front cable winch with a pulling force of over 4 tons is guaranteed to help him out of the mess. The underbody is protected by a 6 mm thick aluminum underrun protection.

And unmistakable is of course the new paint dress. This is an extra thick foliation in the typical hunters green which not only looks good but also protects the original paint. The large cargo area of the X-Class has been sprayed with a 3 mm thick rubber coating which is not only non-slip but also intended to protect against damage. And a really cool and especially important gimmick is an additional weapon compartment that is not only waterproof but also lockable. Incidentally, you can not see it from the outside. And another highlight is the platform construction of a combination of storage box and dog box is because a hunter without a dog is not a real hunter as we find.

In addition, there is another cable winch to pull killed game over the ramp with game tub onto the loading area. The part is also very practical for the dog because the dog can reach his box more easily via the integrated walking surface. The Hunter also got a roof platform with integrated lashing rails that can carry a full 200 kg. By the way, the company from Döbeln also has converted vehicles for the Vito or G-Class in its repertoire. If we get even more details about the changes, there will of course, as always, be an update for this report.
