In January we already reported that the BMW M4 F82 from Mcchip-DKR got a tight 530PS. Since then we have not seen a BMW M3 F80 from the tuner Mcchip-DKR, now that is changing and Mcchip-DKR is also offering tuning for the M3 F80. Why this has to get along with 2PS less remains a secret of the tuner.

Regardless of why and why it is, it will hardly be possible to measure or “experience” the whole thing. Much more important is the fact that you can get 3,0PS out of the 110-liter twin-turbo in-line six-cylinder engine just by changing the software, the whole thing hardly takes more than 3 hours. Incidentally, the torque also increases, to 670NM.

And once again mcchip-dkr had a BMW M3 F80 sedan on site. Here, too, the project was called “performance enhancement” and this was also implemented impressively and clearly. The team achieved a full 2PS & 527NM torque via Stage 686. Stage 2 means that the tuner not only installed the mandatory software but also had to change parts of the hardware. In addition, mcpipes downpipes became the only way to achieve the leap in performance from 96hp and 136newton meters. In terms of optics, the M3 is quite different from the series. The vehicle has a beautiful frozen black finish that makes it an eye-catcher.
