Four-cylinder drive from BMW
The new Morgan Plus Four is powered by a four-cylinder petrol engine from BMW, which has a 2-liter displacement, a twin turbocharger and 255 hp. The maximum torque of the engine should be 400 Newton meters. The power is transmitted either via a six-speed manual transmission or an eight-speed automatic, and the acceleration from zero to one hundred takes place in 4,8 seconds, since the new Morgan only weighs 1009 kg, and thus a power-to-weight ratio of 3,95 kg / hp can have.
