The MS-RT body kit for the Ford Transit has been a reality since 2018. And now the renowned van tuner MS-RT has announced a new special edition of the Transit Custom with the name "R185 Limited Edition". The basis is the 5-seater double cabin model Transit Custom DCIV, which will only be available in "stealthy" Slate Gray. The edition is limited to exactly 40 vehicles that are to be built in the MS-RT plant in Pontypool, South Wales. The tuner does not change anything on the body kit. There is also the well-known front apron spoiler, extensions for the wheel arches, side skirts, a new rear apron with integrated diffuser and even a roof spoiler. The individual radiator grill is supplemented with a red strut and there are generally a few red racing applications to stick on all around. At the rear, the Maxhaust exhaust system with flap function and mobile phone app with tailpipes on the right and left are now shiny black and of course there are new rims.

The wheelset is not new either. The limited edition rolls on the well-known 18 inch OZ Racing rims from the MS-RT Transit from 2018 which are equipped with high-performance tires and thanks to EibachLowering springs sit optimally in the wheel arch. In contrast to the vehicle from 2 years ago, the wheelset of the "R185 Limited Edition" is painted high-gloss black. And the cabin is also being extensively modified. There is a full carbon steering wheel with a red one 12 o'clock marker, leather upholstery with red accents and even one Backup camera is installed. There is also a 230 voltInverters for Home, various carbon inserts, new floor mats, a clock on the dashboard, a SYNC3 entertainment system with satellite navigation and of course the complete technology that Ford also offers for the transit.
