Nissan "935" Z with Slantnose optics in Porsche design!

JDM vehicles It is well known that they are often stars of the tuning scene themselves. It is all the more surprising when you mix such a car with stylistic elements from a completely different tuning genre. For example with a slant nose in Porsche lookas is the case with the Japanese tuner Takashi Koike when he converted his Nissan 350 Z into something very special. He wanted to show respect for a vehicle that he had admired since childhood. We're talking about the Porsche 911, which is extremely popular around the world. In Asia it is common to use copies of products to express his admiration for the original, and therefore tuner Takashi has not missed the opportunity to equip his Nissan with the special look.

A mix of two worlds!

The mix looks harmonious and almost as perfect as if the vehicle came from Nissan or Porsche, and you can hardly believe it from the side two different vehicles were mixed together. the flat nose with the deeply placed, round ones Front headlights harmonizes with the rounded design of the 350 Z. A factory-made Slantnose Nissan would certainly have been a hit.

LED daytime running lights and Xenon headlights round off the aggressive look and ensure that you are safe on the road even at night and in adverse weather conditions. Of course, matching rims should not be missing, and so the tuner decided on a set 19-inch Alus called Work Gnosis GS-1. The wheels impress with their low bed optics and their black finish. The ten-spoke design with a classic look is discreet and fits perfectly with the conversion. One lives behind the rims Bremsanlage with six-piston fixed calipers from Central 20, which with two-part, slotted Brake discs Is provided.

In addition, the body was widened, and there were new ones side skirts attached, which makes the 370 Z look less round, and has more street presence. Furthermore, as a visual highlight - in addition to the Slantnose - a huge one rear spoiler Mounted in dragster style, which is not uncommon in the JDM scene. Thus, the heavily modified racer can be seen, and in our opinion is one of the most impressive tuning projects of the year.

More sportiness moved into the interior!

Racing seats from Sparco with the name Martini Racing bear witness to the homage to the legendary Porsche 935 Slant Nosewhich was built by Kremer. The flat-nose Nissan has this Harness belts and one Nismo shift stub for the manual Six-speed transmission. Back seat was completely removed, but it had to keine Roll cage give way.

3,5-liter V6 suction gasoline engine powers the Nissan!

Except one HKS suction kit as well as a Custom ECU remappingAs a result of which the engine generates a little more power, everything on the engine remained standard. Only that Fujitsubo exhaust system was added, and gives the sporty Japanese a more voluminous sound. We do not know anything about the performance of the vehicle after the modifications to the engine, nor about the torque. But we would like tuner Takashi to add a few more briquettes and increase the performance significantly in order to conjure up a true Porsche competitor out of the Nissan.

Our Conclusion for the Slantnose-350-Z from Nissan:

A masterpiece! The lines are harmonious and the entire front end looks as if it had left the factory in this condition. Such a perfect conversion has to be done first.
