In all likelihood, the legend is entering its last model year and there is still no successor in the starting blocks. Electrification and downsizing ensure that Nissan has not yet decided on a successor to the legendary GT-R. A vehicle with the factory code R36 has not yet been officially announced and not even a concept car for a future series has been presented. The Nissan Z is believed to be the Japanese automaker's last sports car to run on fossil fuels. It is also questionable whether a purely electric GT-R will be so well received by fans. Today we would like to introduce you to a GT-R R35 from Great Britain, which has been extensively modified by tuner Brad Hacker according to all the rules of the art.

Broad and martial!

An LB Works widebody kit with carbon splitters at the front, fender flares at the front and rear, a rear bumper with a large diffuser and a powerful XXL duck-tail spoiler ensures a martial appearance. There are also APR-Formula GT3 exterior mirrors, a Top Racing GTC GT1 bonnet with large air intakes and tinted taillights and side indicators.

In addition, powerful 20-inch alloy wheels from Forgiato of the Maglia type, which attract everyone's attention with a satin black finish, were installed. Toyo R888 semi-slick tires in size 285/35 on the front axle and 315/30 on the rear axle were mounted on these. Öhlins coil springs were also installed on the GT-R R35. A Brembo brake system with six-piston fixed calipers at the front and four-piston fixed calipers at the rear and powerful brake discs with a diameter of 390 millimeters ensures optimum deceleration.

In the interior everything remained series!

The interior was not modified, so all comfort and safety features remained. A VR38DETT twin-turbo V6 petrol engine with a displacement of 3,8 liters drives the Nissan GT-R. Thanks to extensive modifications, this was pushed to 800 BHP. Power is transmitted permanently to all four wheels via a six-speed dual-clutch transmission. Unfortunately, we do not know anything about the performance and the maximum speed of the vehicle.

Our conclusion:

  • Tuner Brad Hacker created a true monster for the street. We commend him for that and give him a thumbs up. If we get more information, there is of course an update for this report.
