It SHOULD clearly be an SUV, but is it? The Nissan Juke comes as a design crossover with lifestyle ambitions and impresses with its polarizing look. Definitely more than his off-road capabilities! The small crossover, which has been built since 2010, feels much more comfortable on the road than off-piste. Like almost every one of the current "pseudo-Kraxler-SUVs". The team at Autobot Autoworks Off-Road from the far away Philippines has now become under the project name "Project LADY BUG" a juke buttoned to change this. They have rebuilt the Japanese into a real off-roader. Concrete information lies and although hardly before, we would like to show you the conversion nevertheless.
Absolute highlight is definitely the huge Nitto A / T Terra Grappler G2 wheelset on matt black alloy wheels which not only significantly optimizes ground clearance but also ensures consistent propulsion away from paved slopes. So that the wheelset can find space in the wheel arches at all, the suspension had to be revised and now comes with a lift. The far outboard wheelset required a set of sturdy fender flares mounted all around unpainted. In addition, the Juke in the front bumper donated an LED auxiliary light and even more auxiliary lights there was on the roof.
Installed here Autobot a metal support with 6 single LED auxiliary headlights and in combination with the factory headlights should be provided from now on for a phenomenal illumination in front of the bow. By the way, the Juke got laterally completely mirrored windows with wind deflectors, a robust cover for the gas cap and the door handles as well as a successful full foil in mat red. The modifications of Autobot Autoworks make sure that the lifestyle Juke in the area now definitely with a Land Rover Defender or one too Jeep Wrangler can keep up.
A very interesting project like we find after the Juke Widebody on Forgiato Wheels and of course that 600 PS Extremo-Juke-R shows which versatility the small Japanese crossover brings. If we receive timely information on other changes not mentioned before, there is of course as always an update for this report.
