No XXL kidneys on the BMW M3 / M4 thanks to Evolve Automotive!

People are still heated when it comes to the "special design feature“In the form of XXL double kidney from BMW M3 (G80) and M4 (G83, G83) goes. What about that 7 series facelift model year 2019 started, and partly through luxury SUVs like the X5, the X6 and most certainly am X7 was expanded, has arrived with the BMW mid-range athletes with the M3 and M4. Understatement? Nothing! And an idea that the German tuner Prior Design already had in October 2020, that is what the team now has too Evolve Automotive picked up. And you want one alternative front start with less aggressive kidneys. But while Prior Design has so far not heard anything on the subject, Evolve Automotive will actually produce the new front apron in January.

No XXL kidneys on the BMW M3 / M4!

The video included below shows from about 1:30 a.m. how the Evolve front apron is significantly smaller kidneys looks. The license plate is left in its previous position between the kidneys and the lower air inlet. The design of the X2 (F39), the 2 Series Gran Coupé (F44), the X6 (G06) and the 8 Series (G14, G15, G16) is optically adopted. The headlights and all other parts remain unchanged, which is why the front apron can only be changed by adding a new bumper. And in principle the apron design remains largely the same, because the large air openings on both sides can still be seen.

Conversion using the plug-and-play method!

There is only a large grid insert in the lower part of the apron and a classic kidney with the usual vertical M double struts. It is the alternative to the new version with horizontally positioned M double struts. A virtually completed vehicle can be seen in the video from minute 3:13 and in our opinion is the Evolve variant save Improvement to the series. Of course, this is all a matter of taste. If we get more information about the changes, there will of course be an update for this report. You will be informed of this if you simply do ours Feed subscribe to.
