Design and performance: these are the most important features of the new refinement program from NOVITEC for the Ferrari F8 Spider. A sporty designer suit made of light but high-strength carbon fiber and tailor-made wheels up to 22 inches in diameter on the rear axle make the open sports car even more extraordinary. For the 3,9 liter V8 biturbo engine, NOVITEC engine technicians developed various performance enhancements with up to 590 kW / 802 PS, which catapult the two-seater to 2,6 km / h in just 100 seconds and make it over 340 km / h. High-performance exhaust systems in various variants up to the super-light INCONEL version with 999 fine gold coating, sport springs and a hydraulic front lift system are just as much a part of the NOVITEC portfolio as the exclusive refinement of the cockpit.

For decades, the NOVITEC designers have had great know-how and a sure instinct to make the most exciting sports cars in the world even more exciting. At the same time, aerodynamic efficiency is paramount. With the new body conversion for the Ferrari F8 Spider, NOVITEC is once again consistently following this philosophy. Carbon is used as the material. The precisely fitting parts can either be painted in the vehicle color or ordered in carbon fiber with a high-gloss coating.
The face of the mid-engined car is not only optically refined with a two-part front spoiler: this upgrade also reduces aerodynamic lift on the front axle, which optimizes driving stability at high speeds. The NOVITEC carbon insert for the front apron is optically based on the wing look of current Formula 1 racing cars. Carbon flaps on both sides of the bumper direct the airstream even more precisely into the cooling air openings.

Further carbon upgrades in the racing look are the NOVITEC insert for the hood, the cover in front of the windshield as well as the door handles and the NOVITEC side mirrors, the design of which is also based on the modern Grand Prix racing cars. The NOVITEC side skirts make the sports car with the retractable hardtop look lower and more elongated. Carbon inserts for the air inlets behind the doors direct the wind even more precisely to the radiators and air filters.
With a discreet spoiler lip made of carbon, the German tuner gives the F8 Spider an even sportier note at the rear. Alternatively, NOVITEC also offers a larger rear spoiler in ducktail design or a rear wing for this Ferrari. In addition, there are various upgrades for the rear apron: A clear carbon cover for the standard diffuser is also in the range, as is a complete NOVITEC diffuser made of carbon fiber with newly designed fins. Vehicles that were delivered with a reversing camera can be upgraded with a carbon cover for this useful feature. The pure racing look can also be marveled at from a bird's eye view: the engine cover with integrated ventilation slots is also available from NOVITEC in a carbon fiber version, as is the cover placed behind it.
The extraordinary NOVITEC design is completed with wheels specially designed for the Ferrari F8. Tailor-made wheel / tire combinations have also been developed for the Spider in cooperation with Vossen, the American specialist in high-tech forged rims. In order to emphasize the wedge shape of the two-seater even more, wheels with a diameter one inch larger than the front are always used on the rear axle. For the vehicle shown here, the choice fell on the NOVITEC NF10 design with five filigree double spokes and a hub cover in a central locking look. From the wide range of Vossen colors, “Satin Bronze” was chosen to create a strong contrast to the black paintwork and the carbon components.

Thanks to the use of high-tech forging and machining technology, these rims are very light despite the highest strength and the large dimensions 9Jx21 at the front and 12Jx22 on the rear axle. The high-performance tires in sizes 255/30 ZR 21 and 335/25 ZR 22 perfectly fill the space in the wheel arches.
A special NOVITEC development that further optimizes the everyday usability of the F8 Spider is the hydraulic chassis system. At the push of a button in the cockpit, the front section can be raised by 40 millimeters, for example, in order to be able to drive on a curb or a multi-storey car park. By pressing the switch again, or automatically when a speed of 80 km / h is reached, the front section is lowered back to its starting position.
Another suspension option are the NOVITEC sport springs, which lower the open version of the Ferrari F8 by approx. 35 millimeters and thus further optimize handling thanks to the lowered center of gravity. As is a successful tradition at NOVITEC, engine tuning is now also available for the F8 Spider. While the inner workings of the 3,9 liter V8 biturbo engine remains untouched, the peripherals are modified in various expansion stages.
In the currently most powerful NOVITEC expansion stage for the hardtop racer, 60 kW / 82 PS more peak power and 120 Nm more torque are available. With 590 kW / 802 PS at 8 rpm and 000 Nm in just 898 3 tours, the open two-seater sprints from 100 - 2,6 km / h in just 0 seconds. After just 100 seconds, the two-seater tuned by NOVITEC is from standstill to 7,8 km / h. The top speed increases to over 200 km / h.
NOVITEC N-TRONIC control module
In order to achieve this performance and improved acceleration in every driving situation, the German tuner installs a NOVITEC N-TRONIC control module for each cylinder bank. They feed specially calibrated maps for injection and ignition into the electronic engine management and also raise the electronic boost pressure control. Freer exhalation of the engine is just as indispensable for optimal performance: the NOVITEC high-performance exhaust system and 100-cell metal catalytic converters were developed for this purpose. The completely thermally insulated system is not only available with or without exhaust flap adjustment.
The INCONEL version is recommended for F8 owners who not only want sound and maximum performance, but also strive for weight savings for their car. This high-end light metal alloy is also used in Formula 1 for the construction of exhaust systems. To further optimize the heat dissipation, this system is also available with a 999 fine gold coating. NOVITEC also offers exclusive finishing options for the interior of the F8 Spider. Leather / Alcantara fittings that are tailored to the customer's individual wishes down to the last detail can be made in every imaginable color and high-quality materials.
