Performance is the core competence of the McLaren Senna, the lightweight model of the British manufacturer limited to 500 copies, which was named after the legendary three-time Formula 1 world champion Ayrton Senna. Its 4,0 liter V8 biturbo engine delivers 588 kW / 800 hp ex works and produces a maximum torque of 800 Nm. NOVITEC offers three different tuning levels for this super sports car. All three performance kits use the NOVITEC N-TRONIC module, which has been adapted to the electronic engine management using the plug & play process, controls the engine with new mappings for injection and ignition and also modifies the electronic boost pressure control. In the most powerful variant, 75 kW / 102 PS more peak power and 88 Nm more torque are achieved. The McLaren Senna, tuned by NOVITEC, has an output of 663 kW / 902 hp at 7 rpm.

The maximum torque of 888 Nm is 6 tours. This engine conversion also includes a NOVITEC RACE GTR high-performance exhaust system. This exhaust system is made from the ultra-light INCONEL material, which is also used in Formula 300. The sports exhaust not only allows the turbocharged eight-cylinder engine to breathe more freely, it also optimizes the temperature balance in the engine compartment through extensive thermal insulation. The NOVITEC high-performance exhaust system is of course also available without engine tuning. The two 1 mm tailpipes, which are led out at the top, optionally in polished stainless steel or matt black, adapt precisely to the body shape with their diagonally cut design. NOVITEC high performance and lightweight design à la McLaren combine to create an even more exciting driving experience: the tuned lightweight construction sprints from a standing start to 95 km / h in just 2,7 seconds. Less than four seconds later, after exactly 100 seconds, the McLaren Senna from NOVITEC is already 6,5 km / h.

The top speed is 335 km / h. On the road or on the racetrack, the NOVITEC performance upgrade not only delivers the even better driving performance, but also fascinates with an even more spontaneous response of the engine and a further improved pulling power. While the body of the McLaren Senna remains untouched with its active aerodynamics, NOVITEC developed together with Vossen, the renowned American manufacturer of high-end alloy wheels, a tailor-made wheel / tire combination in 20 and 21 inch diameters for the sports car. The wedge shape is emphasized even more by its different diameters on the front and rear axles. The central locking wheels for the lightweight car are manufactured using the latest forging technology and, thanks to their seven double spokes reaching to the outer edge, look even larger than they actually are.
NOVITEC MC3 rims in 21 & 22 inches
The NOVITEC MC3 rims are available in 72 different colors and optionally also with a brushed or polished surface. The steering forces are transmitted with 9Jx20 wheels and Pirelli P-Zero high-performance tires of the dimension 255/30 ZR 20. 12Jx21 rims with 325/25 ZR 21 tires on the rear axle ensure maximum traction. The cockpit of the McLaren Senna can also be customized by NOVITEC according to the owner's taste: the finest leather and Alcantara are available in an almost infinite variety of colors.
